General:

  • • Be proficient in modelling, texturing, lighting
  • • Knowledge about rigging and animating objects in 3D environments
  • • Have a good eye for composition

Required Skills:

  • • Strength in Autodesk Maya, Adobe Production Suite
  • • Rich experience of video compression
  • • Extent knowledge with Cinema 4D, 3Ds max, ZBrush, PF Track, The Foundry Nuke or other VFX/3D software
  • • Prefer knowledge with sound effects and sound mixing

You will have built and deployed commercial Ruby on Rails applications that scale. You write readable, maintainable code, take pride in your work and deeply care about the resulting experience. You should have experience implementing applications that rely heavily on asynchronous task processing, task scheduling and in-memory data caching solutions. You should be capable of working with large quantities of data to identify and implement new relationships between entities that will help s[edition] grow as an engaging, social platform.

We’re looking for an apps developer to join our development team to build out a suite of applications to support viewing art across multiple devices and platforms.
You will have built Android, iOS and/or Windows Mobile applications and integrated these with APIs. You will be comfortable with producing apps for smartphone, tablet, desktop and TV. You will be a natural self-starter happy to take on the challenge of building apps that work great on many devices.

s[edition] is a revolutionary new way to collect, share and trade art in digital format. Following a successful product launch last November, our team is expanding rapidly to meet the challenges of collecting art on a social platform and bringing art to screens across multiple devices.

We are looking for a talented front-end developer who has a passion for developing social UI solutions that empower and engage users. You should have a strong understanding of how technologies such as CSS3 and HTML5 can deliver rich media experiences across different devices and be keen to use hot new tools, such as backbone.js, Websockets and LessCSS, to implement slick and versatile solutions. Respect for best practices, including semantic coding and the separation of content and presentation, are key to this role. Furthermore, experience writing clean, modular based Javascript, or experience with jQuery plugin patterns is highly desirable.

As out first Product Marketing hire, you will have a direct impact on the business as we roll out a next generation digital art platform. You’ll oversee the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical day-to-day activities. This involves understanding profit drivers, identifying new markets and writing clear specifications. Working in a start up culture, the Product Manger will liaise closely with the CEO on the consumer proposition, user flows and business analytics. You will have strong online experience both in product development and product marketing.
